At present, it has the largest TOPCon manufacturing base in the industry with the largest mass production scale. It has a production capacity of 2.1GW. The project with an annual output of 1.5GW N-type monocrystalline bifacial solar cells is under construction. As the first domestic enterprise to achieve large-scale mass production of GW-level N-type bifacial high-efficiency monocrystalline solar cell modules, the company has established a leading position and first-mover advantage in the field of N-type TOPCon solar cell technology. The company has achieved the highest conversion efficiency of 24.5% for solar cell mass production by relying solely on the core POPAID equipment and technology independently researched and developed. The latest laboratory efficiency results of the R&D Center, based on 182 large-size silicon wafers, have a R&D efficiency of 25.1%, which has been verified by the Photovoltaic Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Metrology. In the absence of similar technologies to refer to, the R&D team has successively overcome technical difficulties and laid the foundation for the company's subsequent mass production introduction. The equipment and materials used are 100% localized, and the core processes are all independent research and development.
