23.5%! NTOPCon battery mass production efficiency hits a new high!
The conversion efficiency of NTOPCon high-efficiency double-sided solar cells in mass production reached 23.5%, which once again refreshed the N-type cell mass production efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the further popularization of N-type photovoltaic products.
The efficiency breakthrough is based on the N-type 158 square silicon wafer, double-sided power generation design, by optimizing the boron expansion process and redesigning the matching metallization process to increase the mass production efficiency to 23.5%, and the highest single-chip efficiency 23.8%. Compared with the 23.2% at the end of last year, the efficiency has increased by 0.3%, and the effective output has increased by 35%. Under the condition of no cost increase, the effect of improving efficiency and reducing costs is significant.
